Is it really free?
Yes. The free plan includes 5 calls a month plus one free attempt at the weekly challenge every week, and the Sales Audit for teams is free. No credit card needed.
How long does it take?
One roleplay takes about 6 to 10 minutes. Your score is ready as soon as you finish, usually within a minute.
What is the Cander Score?
A score out of 100 for each roleplay, across six sales skills, backed by quotes from your own conversation. It is an experimental platform score, not a validated measure of real-world sales ability.
Will my manager see my score?
Not unless you choose to share it. The exception is a team Sales Audit your employer sends you: the invitation tells you up front that they will see your name, overall score and skill scores.
Do you record my calls?
Only if you opt in. A text transcript is saved so your call can be scored. Audio is never stored unless you tick the box before the call, and you can delete a recording at any time.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Cander runs in your browser on desktop or phone. You will need a microphone and to allow it when your browser asks.
