  • Not a prediction of close rates or revenue, and not compared against other companies. We have no validated benchmark to compare to.
  • One call per person is a small sample. Use it to start a coaching conversation, not to judge individuals.
  • You see each rep’s name and scores, never their transcript. Each rep is told that before starting.

Questions before you start

Is the Sales Audit really free?
Yes. Running an audit costs nothing and no credit card is needed. A paid team pilot is optional and only discussed if you ask for it.
Do my reps need an account?
Yes. Each rep makes a free Cander account from your invite link, then takes one spoken call with an AI customer in their browser. There is nothing for them to install.
What will I see about each rep?
Their name, overall score and skill scores. You never see their transcript. Each rep is told this before they start.
How many reps can I include, and when do I get the report?
Up to 25 reps per audit. Team results appear once at least 3 reps have finished. Individual results show as soon as someone completes their call.
Is it a prediction of my team's sales?
No. It is a snapshot of how reps handle a simulated conversation, scored by AI. We don't have a validated benchmark against other companies, and one call per rep is a small sample, so use it to start a coaching conversation, not to judge individuals.
