Pricing questions
- What counts as a call?
- Every call you start counts toward your monthly limit, practice or rated, except calls that fail to connect and team assessments from an employer. The limit resets at the start of each month (UTC): 5 calls on Free, 60 on Pro.
- What is the weekly challenge?
- One challenge, the same for everyone, that changes every Monday. Free accounts get one attempt at it each week, and it doesn't use any of your monthly calls, so you can always take it even after your calls are used. Pro accounts can retry it.
- What's locked on the Free plan?
- Hard and Expert challenges, 54 of the 75 practice scenarios, custom scenarios, and retries of the weekly challenge. Everything else, including your Cander Score and scorecards, is free.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Free needs only an email address.
- Can I cancel Pro any time?
- Yes. Manage or cancel from the Billing page. If you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Is the Sales Audit for teams free?
- Yes. Running an audit costs nothing, and calls your reps take for your audit don't count toward their own limit.
- Who handles payments?
- Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and Cander never sees or stores them.
